By scheduling service with Toro Dumpsters Junk Removal Service LLC, you agree to the following terms. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the volume, weight, or type of materials differs from the original description. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for dumpster rentals or large projects.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to items being removed. Toro Dumpsters cannot remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, oils, fuels, paints, asbestos, or medical waste.

All items will be disposed of responsibly, with recycling or donation used whenever possible. Toro Dumpsters is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe loading conditions, hidden materials, or inaccessible areas.

By approving service, the customer agrees to these terms and authorizes Toro Dumpsters to complete the requested work.
